Welcome to our blog, where we will help you find the venues
and events around the state of Florida that will meet your sport’s viewing
needs. This initial post is to create awareness for those who (for some reason)
are still unsure where to watch the big game tonight. First on the list is
Brother Jimmy’s Super Sunday Funday SuperBowl Bash, which boasts names of
current NFL (and former Miami Hurricane football stars) at this popular BBQ
spot. Beginning at 4 p.m., this party includes a tailgate party, live music,
and of course, all day and night coverage of the Super Bowl.
Our second trip takes us to the Tampa Bay area and more into
a sport’s fanatic’s environment rather than a nightlife and party scene. The
Champion’s Sports Bar and Grill at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel &
Marina is well equipped to handle a ruckus crowd of crazed football fans with a
slew of amenities to keep the fans locked on the television screens. Speaking
of television screens, the bar has one that measures 13 feet by 18 feet…yeah!
The bar also includes a digital pouring system that keeps track of the amount
of beer in each keg and what types of beers will be available over the course
of the evening.
Our last stop takes us northeast to Jacksonville. Here, we
find the Jacksonville sports tavern that includes hearty food and beer from a
local, Bold City Brewing Company. A healthy and upbeat atmosphere keeps this
bar busy and it is highly recommended during marquee events, like the biggest
one of the year. There you go, it’s T-minus three and a half hours from
kick-off! Where will you watch the biggest sporting event of the year? Enjoy
the game!
